YiLi Zhou, MD, Ph.D.
Harvard-Trained, Board-Certified Pain Specialist and Neurologist.
Dr. Zhou graduated from Wenzhou Medical College, China in 1982 with training in both modern western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. He had neurology fellowship training at Shanghai Medical School, specializing in EMG/NCV and evoked potential studies. He served as an attending neurologist in China.
Dr. Zhou came to the USA in 1991. He obtained Ph. D. degree in psychology at Kent State University. He then went to Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, where he served as a chief resident in neurology and worked with Dr. Robert J. Schwartzman, a world renowned RSD expert. Dr. Zhou joined MGH Pain Center, Harvard Medical School in year 2000 as a pain fellow, where he further enriched his skills in interventional pain management. Dr. Zhou then served as the Director of Jackson Memorial Hospital Outpatient Pain Clinic in University of Miami from 2002 to 2004, where he trained many neurology and anesthesiology residents and pain fellows. He was also the Medical Director of Alternative Medicine Program at University of Miami. Dr. Zhou came to North Florida and founded Comprehensive Pain Management of North Florida in 2005. Currently Dr. Zhou also serves as a Courtesy Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida.
Over the last three decades, Dr. Zhou has successfully treated thousands of patients with various neurological and pain conditions. He has been involved in multiple research projects and has published extensively in clinical neurology, neuroscience and pain medicine. Dr. Zhou has lectured extensively in neurology and pain medicine in many universities in the US and in international pain meetings.
Dr. Zhou is Board Certified in Pain Medicine, Neurology and Psychiatry. He is the winner of the Distinguished Physician Award by the Florida Medical Association in 2004, 2006 and the Physician Recognition Award by the American Medical Association in 2003.
Adam Wong, MD
Dr. Wong is an Attending Physician in CPMNF, who is a board certified Pain Specialist and Anesthesiologist. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1992 with a Bachelor Degree.
After working in various positions from fundraising manager and research associate at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA, he decided to pursue a career in medicine. Dr. Wong completed his medical studies at the Boston University School of Medicine and obtained his MD Degree in 2002. He then moved to Harvard Medical School. Dr. Wong successfully completed his internship in Emergency Medicine and residency in Anesthesiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School in 2006. He moved to Florida and completed formal pain fellowship training at the University of Florida, and joined CPMNF in 2007.
Cesar Euribe, MD
Dr. Euribe is a Board certified of Anesthesiologist and Pain Specialist. He is an associate of CPMNF. Dr. Euribe graduated from Cayetano Heredia University-Lima, Peru. Dr. Euribe had his internship training in Boston City Hospital, Boston, MA. He finished his anesthesia residency in Boston City Hospital as well as in Tampa General Hospital , FL. Dr. Euribe had his pain fellowship training in MGH Pain Center, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Euribe is the Medical Director of Central Florida Pain Management. His practice is located in Lady Lake, FL. Dr. Euribe has 12 years experience in Pain Medicine.
Sally Thompson, PA-C, MPAS, NREMT-P
Mrs. Thompson is a Physician Assistant certified by the NCCPA, licensed in Florida by the Department of Health. She received her Bachelor’s of Applied Science from Valdosta State University in 2003. She worked as an Emergency Medical Technician-Intermediate while working on her undergraduate degree and pursuing EMT-Paramedic certification. Mrs. Thompson became a Paramedic in 2002 and worked for South Georgia Medical Center Emergency Medical Services until 2004, when she moved to the Gainesville area to pursue her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Florida. She completed the Physician Assistant program at UF in June 2006 and joined the Comprehensive Pain Management team shortly thereafter.
Gail Arthur

Gail Arthur is a Florida State Licensed Massage Therapist. In 1999, she graduated from the Bhakti Academy in Clearwater, Florida, completing a 500 hours program. Gail received her State and National Certification and has remained in good standing as a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association since 2000.
By 2001, Gail opened a private practice in the Brandon/Tampa area, specializing in relaxation and energy work. However, she believes in tailoring massage toward the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities to get the best results possible. Gail continues to work with each individual as well as other therapists invariably refining her skills.
Gail relocated to the Lake City area in 2006 where she has been successfully practicing massage therapy. Additionally, she is employed by Comprehensive Pain Management and has expanded her training to include the IDD machine.
Ms. Arthur believes in continuing education and is always willing to expand her knowledge. With her nurturing touch, she has had many happy, satisfied clients over the years, some of whom she still keeps in touch with to this day.
